When will an item that is currently “Out of Stock” be available for ordering?
We attempt to get all "Out of Stock" items in each time we restock. We order directly from the manufacturer, and they send us everything they have available at the time. Unfortunately we do not know exactly what items we will receive until the shipment arrives. We typically restock every 2 to 3 weeks and the website is immediately updated to reflect the new inventory.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?
No minimum order is required.

Do you offer quantity discounts?

What kind of warranty do you offer on your watches?
We offer a 90 day limited warranty from the manufacturer. Click HERE to see all the details of the warranty.

Do the watches come with a battery already installed?
Yes.

Can the watch batteries be replaced?
Yes. The batteries in all of our watches can easily be replaced. The batteries are a common size and can be purchased almost anywhere. We also sell replacement batteries on our website for $0.95 each. You can order batteries directly from us by clicking HERE.

Do you sell anything besides watch faces?
We currently sell watch faces, replacement batteries, and ribbon watch bands.

We accept refunds, exchanges or credits within 30 days of receipt provided that the merchandise is in its original state of condition.
